Service beyond expectation
My expectations for the Serena are very high. However, I want to highlight and acknowledge one way in which you far exceeded my expectations and those of everyone to whom I tell this story. I forgot my swim suit, leaving it out on my balcony to dry, and did not realise this until my plane was touching down in Nairobi. I called the hotel, spoke to Susan in housekeeping who immediately found my information in the computer and said, not to worry, they would find it and send it to the Serena in Nairobi where I would pick it up. A few days passed and just as I started thinking I would need to follow up, I got a call from Mr. Mawazo Ngwena. He had a package for me. Where would I like it delivered? We agreed to meet at Yaya Centre and within a half hour, there he was, hand delivering my swimsuit. It was service beyond any expectation or experience and I am profoundly grateful to the Serena staff for this miracle. I tell this story a lot. No one believes it at first, then they pause and say, well, that`s Serena service. Thank you.
Absolutely love it
My stay at your hotel has always been the BEST. Its the Best hotel I have lived in around Africa. I hope that you keep up the good work. The breakfast is Exceptional. Absolutely love it.
Spa way above others
The staff are very friendly and pleasant in keeping with the group culture. The hotel is well located and good ambience. The spa is way above all others I have visited. well done. You shall certainly see me there again!
