The Terrace restaurants chef daily devises a theme buffet as an exciting alternative to the "à La Carte" menu. Our "Salão de Chá" is the place to see and be seen, justly famed for its excellent selection of light meals, delicious fresh French pastries and our aromatic coffees: Espresso, Cappuccino and Ice Coffee. A comprehensive (and inventive!) cocktail menu is the pride of the Polana Cocktail bar, and the Aquarius bar’s daily happy hour is made even happier by what is surely the most breathtaking view.

"Terraço" Restaurant – a feast of culinary delights
With a wonderful view over lush, verdant landscaped gardens and the glittering blue of the swimming pool, the "Terraço" is a great way to start the day, with a sumptuous breakfast in a calm and relaxing ambience.
By lunchtime, the kitchen is in full swing, as the "Terraço" chef prepares his imaginative theme menus for lunches and dinners, along with an International Buffet and an à La Carte menu. Globetrotters will find something here to tempt every palate, with superb service and all the little touches which signify that this restaurant is serious about food!

Salão de Chá – a midday oasis
Everybody comes to the Salão de Chá for lunch – it is undoubtedly the place to see and be seen in Maputo. The cool and peaceful atmosphere is ideal for a light meal from the excellent selection on offer, followed by delicious fresh French pastries served along with our famous Espresso, Cappuccino and Ice Coffee. All you need to tempt you to make lunch a long, lingering affair!

Polana Bar – where friends meet
The Polana Bar has all the qualities that make a great bar – the right atmosphere, warm, relaxing and welcoming, the right drinks – the Polana Bar is widely renowned for the range of cocktails on offer – and the little extra touches which make you feel at home, like the hot snacks served at seven every evening. This is the ideal place to entertain friends or guests.
