The Polana Hotel is amply equipped to handle all your business needs. Seven Meeting and Conference Rooms, with the capacity to accommodate anything from 2 to 300 people, offer all the equipment necessary to turn your event into a sparkling success. To keep business and pleasure separate, these rooms are conveniently situated in the Hotel Gardens in a separate building. Food for the inner man is provided as well – we cater for Banquets and Cocktail parties for up to 500 people. We have designed creative menus which go beyond the ordinary. Computers, photocopy and fax facilities are all available. A Secretary is present during working hours from Monday to Friday to assist the guests with any requests.
