The Nairobi Serena Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya, will be hosting a tantalizing four-day French Food Festival dubbed “A Taste of France in the City” from Wednesday, 22nd January 2014 to Saturday, 25th January 2014.
Having successfully been held at the fine-dining Mandhari restaurant in Nairobi Serena Hotel three times before, this event that has now become a household festivity is expected to attract French cuisine lovers from all over the world!
Spearheading the festival is Chef Arnaud Faye of Auberge du Jeu de Paume- Chantilly, also one of France’s finest and most sought after Michelin Chefs. Chef Arnaud’s Profile
Chef Arnaud Faye is a talented Michelin Starred Executive Chef at the new Auberge du Jeu de Paume, Relais & Châteaux. Over the years, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry including Michel Roth at the Ritz, Thierry Marx at the Mandarin Oriental, at the Relais Bernard Loiseau and now- Nairobi Serena Hotel. He is known to be very passionate about his skills and prowess that in 2010, he finished top in Création et Saveurs competition, also winning one Michelin star in 2013.
