Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge Unveils New Look Rooms
We are pleased to announce that the second and final refurbishment phase of the Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge is complete. A total of 51 standard rooms and 5 suites have been upgraded to match the standards of the 26 rooms that were renovated in the first phase 3 years ago.
You can now look forward to much larger rooms and enjoy the extended, covered balconies on both the front and back of their rooms. The exterior of the double storied block has also been revamped to blend in with the natural environment that makes up Tsavo West National Park.
With its classic stone-build look, Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge is situated at the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro and sheltered by the volcanic splendour of the Chyulu Hills. The lodge was the first of its kind to be built in a National Park, the Tsavo West National Park, and blends in well with the natural surroundings.
A wide variety of activities for individuals and families are on offer at the lodge and include game drives, guided walks, bush breakfasts and volcano climbs. For an unforgettable experience, you can go on an excursion to Mzima Springs, a set of crystal-clear ponds fed by Mount Kilimanjaro’s melt waters, allowing guests to view hippos from a submerged chamber.
Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge was one of the first safari Lodge sent in Kenya. Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge is Located in Tsavo West National park.
