All Serena properties are members of the Green Globe organization sponsored by the World Travel and Tourism Council.

Quetta Serena Hotel has been the recipient of the Green Globe Commendation Award for three years on account of its contribution towards the attempt to beautify the city and for its efforts to educate local school children in environmental awareness.

The hotel every year has been actively involved in promoting Environmental activities, like holding tree plantation weeks, flower exhibition, conducting workshops on environment, providing medical camps, walks to reduce pollution etc.
