Our best compliments to the staff of Gilgit Serena, from the doorman, in room service staff, housekeeping, the whole crew, Job Well Done. We were very comfortable and the feel of home away from home. My husband and I felt very special. Since the whole staff remembered us and our kids from our previous visit in 2007. We are making a tradition to visit once a year, knowing we will be well taken care of at Gilgit Serena. Thank you for making our vacation the best.
