Location and direction
The hotel stands on the shores of Lake Kivu, just outside the town on Gisenyi (160km from Kigali), which lies just an hour's drive (60km) from the gorilla-tracking base of Ruhengeri.Gisenyi is minutes from the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo and the city of Goma. The main port for Gisenyi is at Rubona, 6km south of the town.
