The Varanda Restaurant
Colourful, vibrant, the perfect venue for friends, family, business and romance
Our vibrant all-day dining restaurant overlooks the swimming pool and out across the broad sweep of Maputo Bay. Offering both buffet and a la carte choices, it also offers its own live grill station and coffee shop. True to its name, the Varanda offers both interior and exterior seating. Live music during Saturday's Seafood night and Sunday's 'Feijoada Brazileira' at Lunch time.
The ideal venue for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, the relaxed but elegant Varanda offers a truly international menu, with plenty of emphasis on Afro-Mozambican choices and Indian Ocean seafood. On the outside terrace, overlooking the pool, afternoon tea is served in traditional style along with superb French patisserie.

Located on our spacious new Lobby Floor, the exquisite Delagoa Restaurant offers an unrivalled fine-dining experience. Pre-dinner cocktails are served in our Residents lounge, followed by dinner in our elegant dining room, or outside on the breeze-cooled terrace.
Ideal for social functions, high-profile business events with optional private dining room and romantic dinners. This exceptional restaurant offers a distinctive fusion of classical French cuisine with Mozambican ingredients. Showcasing the best of old and new world wine choices, the Delagoa excels in presentation, décor and attentive service. Live piano music is offered from Thursday to Saturday.

Aquarius Sushi Bar
The open-air, Aquarius Sushi Bar promises stunning views over the wide sweep of Maputo Bay. As well as offering a wide range of all-day snacks, sandwiches, seafood choices and salads. It is noted for its selection of cooling fresh fruit juices, shakes and ices. Uniquely, the Aquarius also offers a lunchtime selection of freshly-prepared Sushi. An oasis of calm amidst the bustle of this vibrant city, the Aquarius Sushi Bar prides itself on its range of tropical cocktails and makes the ideal venue for morning coffee, family lunches and evening drinks.

The Polana Bar
Long established as one the city’s best-known gathering places, the stylish Polana Bar is the only place to see and be seen. Leisurely in atmosphere and relaxed in ambience, it serves an exceptional range of wines, finest malts and classic cocktails throughout the day. On the outside terrace, overlooking the pool, tea, pastries and gateaux are served, while in the evening this is the spot to enjoy a relaxing cigar.
