- Above rates are quoted on Full Board Accommodation Basis.
- Park fees not included in the rates and are payable at the gate is arriving on road and at the lodge if arriving by air.
- Please note for guest arriving at the lodge by air transfers should be booked with the lodge before arrival.

Holiday Surcharge
Christmas Surcharge: US$ 40 per person per night on 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January
Easter Surcharge: US$ 35 per person per night
Child policy
Child under 2 years sharing a room with 1-2 adults is accommodated on a complimentary basis, Child 2 to 12 years of age sharing a room with 2 adults is charged 50% of the per person adult rate. If own room is required 75% of the adult rate is charged. Young adult 13 to 17 years of age is charged 75% of the per person adult rate whether sharing or on their own.
General terms and conditions
All our rates are quoted inclusive of relevant taxes, levies and service charges, and on a per-room basis (unless stated otherwise). Although subject to change without prior notice, all rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured. In those cases where the quoted rates are affected by changes in government taxation, we reserve the right to pass on such increases to our clients.
During the high season period, a non-refundable deposit (equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation) will be required to secure any booking.
We regret that we cannot offer any credits for any meals that are not taken on full-board accommodation plans
We regret that we cannot accept personal cheques unless they have cleared through our accounts system before the arrival of our clients. We are pleased to accept to accept the following cards: Visa, Access/ Master Card, American Express, JCB, Senator and Diners International. We also accept proprietary travellers cheques.
