Slightly raised on timber decks, our open-sided dining room offers a selection of seating areas, an elegant library, a charming lounge and a safari bar. Breakfast and lunch in the dining room include an array of international choices, as well as a full English breakfast. Lunch dishes feature poultry, fish and vegetarian options, sourced from communities near the lodge whenever possible.
For dinner, our table d'hôte menus include a salad buffet, a soup, meat and vegetarian entrées, a pudding, cheese and biscuits and fine Tanzanian tea or coffee. Pair your meal with a glass of wine from our selection, a fresh-squeezed juice or one of our fruit and herbal infusions.
