Met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our Representative and transfer to the newly refurbished Nairobi Serena Hotel, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.  You have been booked on a bed and breakfast basis for the night.

  • International Flights and Visa entry charges to Kenya

Such a scenic place with best food ever!

Such an amazing place with excellent service and the best food ever! From the warm welcome to the great service from everyone, every moment was amazing and memorable. I enjoyed the game drive as well and the place overall is scenic. Not to mention he food was outstanding. Loved every bit of my trip!

EXCELLENT FACILITY !

Very safe, clean and posh establishment.
The food is fresh and tasty with a wide variety of wines. I enjoyed every bit of it. The Manager Mr. Lameck is very professional and interacts well with both Guests and staff. I was privileged to Interact with Ivy and Dorothy.
The Spa is well stocked and enjoyed the good services offered by Brian.

Stunning hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel in an idealic setting. It is like a scene from “Out of Africa”. A tented camp in the shore of Lake Elementaita. The minute you walk into the lobby you are transported to a colonial camp in the middle of Africa. The rooms are spectacular! Huge and with every ammenity. Bathrooms are super spacious. Each room has a little porch with amazing views.
The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I would point out Dennis who was efficient and specially nice.
Dinner and breakfast are served in the dining room (or in the terrace) and the menu varies each day offering two or three different options.
The hotel was so beautiful that one of the days we cancelled our afternoon safari in order to enjoy the hotel.
Would definitely come back!
