Excellent hotel by Lake Kivu. Has a great outdoor sitting area served by the restaurant. Reasonably priced restaurant but with limited menu. Courteous staff, although service can be at an easy pace. The swimming pool is a wonderful place to lounge around. Actual artworks are displayed in the lobby/reception area with price tags and are available for sale

I enjoyed my stay at the Serena GOMA Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is professional and very friendly. I encourage anyone who is travelling to GOMA to really consider staying at this beautiful hotel. I will definitely return on my next trip.
