Amazing. Luxury.

Positive: Amazing. Luxury. The spa was incredible with the lovely steam rooms and massage was well worth it. Facilities are more than comfortable. Relaxing. Even tho it’s a large hotel the beautiful gardens bring a peacefulness to the place. The staff are amazing welcoming and cannot do enough for you to feel welcome. Hospitality is incredible. Food is excellent. Had a few local dishes which I really enjoyed. Negative: Loved everything.

Great Hotel. Great Stay

Great hotel and a great stay during a business trip. Attentive staff with a wide selection of food available via the on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend it looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Kampala.

Incredibly Beautiful

The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The rooms, all areas to include the pool, spa, gym and restaurant are highly maintained and clean. Wonderful staff who are all very friendly and helpful. You won’t find a single bad thing to see or say about this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want luxury and service at a high standard in Kampala.
