Serena Kigali is always a sure bet. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and big, and the breakfast options are plentiful.

Probably the best place I've been so far. The view is enticing, their brunch is the best and has such a wide variety that it is impossible not to feel included then their service is on top. Very mindful of their customers, very attentive. Honestly it is so great.

Wonderful Stay! My wife and I enjoyed both the hotel and conference facilities for a week and loved the excellence Serena offers. We also got to use the gym and spa facilities which were great.
