JET SKIING & KAYAKING EXPERIENCE

Positive: The stay went very well at the hotel: from our arrival to our departure. The room was clean with a view of the lake. The staff were attentive and helpful with any questions. The car park is large enough to park in and the breakfast is varied and good. Negative: Nothing. 

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The service is excellent, the staff very attentive. The pool is gorgeous. There are nice bars around the corner and a great souvenir store within walking distance. The breakfast is amazing - maybe a little too luxurious. Dinner is excellent, too, but a few more vegetarian dishes would be nice - for a hotel like this, it should be no problem.

Beautiful grounds and great location with gorgeous Lake Kivu views. Walking distance to the place to take a nice boat tour! Rooms and restaurant is sufficient. Lovely pool area and nice staff!

The staff are very friendly and genuinely concerned about their guest's welfare. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but was serving in the restaurant. The moment of kindness was when she asked me how I was feeling as I appeared tired early in the morning! The truth was that I had very little sleep the previous night due to work. If you mention this incident to the staff, the lady in question will remember the moment. I was part of the NELSAP team.

This is a good hotel with very friendly staff For the restaurant the serve very fine and delicious breakfast, as will we tried dinner and it was mesmerizing as well. The place deserves a visit fully peaceful atmosphere and super friendly atmosphere, and very special thank you to restaurant staff, special thanks goes to Ms. JOVITHE.I she is a very friendly person.
