One of the most beautiful places I have visited and enjoyed there services. Very good and delicious food Very cool and beautiful scenery. You should try it. If you love gold, dafinately have to try this place.

Feedback for My Stay at your Hotel during Xmas 2025 The hotel had a great ambience, with friendly staff.

Everything was good. A extra credit to you for organizing Christmas Day servic. To be honest all the hotel staff we interacted with were all good. Very polite, and with a pleasant attitude but Toronto…not sure that’s the correct name(the bellhop) was exceptional. While taking us to our room, he suggested to us the areas to explore around the hotel and answered all our questions. And then the young lady who was cleaning our room (I forgot her name), she was polite and when asked for her to bring what was missing in the room, she did so immediately. A big thank you to your whole team for being good hosts. Keep up the good work.

Great views and atmosphere

Quiet Serene environment with excellent facility and service . The gentleman at the pool entrance on Sunday 7th December 2025. He was very warm and welcoming, provided the necessary information and items for use at the pool, and checked on us in intervals.

There were two people of the team who were very responsible and supportive. The first was the young man who cleaned the room on the 8th; unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he was very polite and kind. The second was Mr. Yonah, who provided excellent follow-up regarding my luggage, which arrived late due to complications with the airline.

I do not know their names but they provide valet services. They helped with my bags as i walked to and from my car, brought my car to the hotel exit, kept inquiring on whether I was enjoying my stay and they always did this with a bright smile.

MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I interacte with all the staff and management staff and it was excellent. In summary, all the staff were exceptional. My host was Mr. Gerald the F&B Manager who ensured the success of the audit and the training. The head chef Paul and the Chief Steward ensured that I had a welcoming environment and ensured that besides the tight programme, I also enjoyed my stay.
