Lovely lodge

We stayed here for two nights during our Safari in the Masai Mara. The lodge self is in a great elevated position within the park and has wonderful views. The staff and service was excellent and the food was also good. it was so nice to see lots of animals and wildlife from your bedroom.

The Mara Serena Safari Lodge is an excellent one. We were bowled over by the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff members, the food and the accommodation were top notch and the view of the Maasai Mara from the balcony of our room was breath-taking.

No need to look any further for your safari experience on the Masai Mara

Could not praise this Lodge enough. From its location to such professional, friendly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. The view from the reception area is superb - it sets the scene for your visit. Breakfast at hippo pool was amazing. Not to mention the opportunity for starlight dining - provided by Harrison & George - extremely special.

Beautiful location in the Mara Triangle

Lovely hotel and grounds. The gym was great. A few hiccups with asking for assistance (hair dryer didn’t work and called for another but never came, and set up laundry but didn’t come to take it so had to ask at the front desk again the next day). Food was good (if you have kids that are picky they can make fries and some other simpler items for them). Staff was very friendly.

Creative Lodgings

My husband and I stayed for two nights in April 2024.

The location is the best thing about this lodge. It is inside the Mara Triangle, and perched on top of a hill overlooking an amazing savanna. The food is good, with Western and Indian choices, and the architecture and design was stunning. The service was decent, and the staff were all friendly.

The bed was comfortable and large (which is surprising for such a small room) and the views were to die for.
