Exception Hotel and location

This place is magnificent. It is beautiful a short walk from the very safe city center of Kigali. We walked down there to get an idea of the city and were amazed how friendly the locals were ,how safe and clean the city is - a real gem. The hotel buffet breakfast and at night was delicious with incredible variety , the rooms spacious and very comfortable . The staff were all excellent . A 5 star feel to this hotel and its beautiful grounds .

Nice Stay in Kigali

The hotel is in a good location for business in Kigali. The restaurants were good; the breakfast buffet was large with plenty of great choices.
We had dinner by the pool and the service from our server Enock was attentive and professional. The fish was fresh and well prepared.

Very recommended

Wonderful stay. The rooms were very beautiful and spacious. The bathroom has very good amenities and the hotel pays attention to the environment. The bed was so comfortable and many services are available such as room service, etc. Wifi is perfect, no issues. The hotel has a very nice swimming, pool, spa, Gym, etc. The breakfast was exceptional, with wonderful, good, fresh fruit, and everything you wanted. I also booked a massage at the spa, which was perfect. The prices are also good. The spa reservation was punctual and very good and relaxing. The amenities were well maintained.

Stylish and affordable

Elegant, new, comfortable, very clean, well managed. Breakfast was very, very good.
Quiet and accommodating staff. Room service, perfect. Downtown location, beautiful swimming pool. Modern, sleek and secure. The staff was the best. You cant wrong for this one.

Comfortable stay at well-run hotel

We attended a meeting at the hotel and stayed for a week. We had a very positive experience. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The staff were all helpful and courteous. There are a number of food options in the hotel and there are good restaurants within a safe 15 minute walk
