Serena Beach Resort & Spa and Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge have received Gold Accreditation from Kenya’s Tourism Regulatory Authority, highlighting their commitment to excellence in hospitality, service delivery, and sustainability.
Serena Hotels is proud to announce that two of its renowned Kenyan properties—Serena Beach Resort & Spa and Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge—have been officially awarded Gold Accreditation by the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA), following a rigorous audit assessing service quality, sustainability, compliance, and guest experience standards.
The awards were presented during a national recognition ceremony held in Mombasa, officiated by Principal Secretary for Tourism, Mr. John Ololtua, and CEC Tourism Mombasa County, Mr. Mohamed Osman.
